Bjorn Avoiding Taxes?

The Swedish tax authorities accused ABBA member Bjorn Ulvaeus of avoiding tax payments during the years 1999-2003. Bjorn is reuqired to pay $11.8, which the government claims he avoided. According to his lawyer: "the tax agency did not understand the musician's tax arrangements". But the governement said the Bjorn sold royalties to companies abroad to stay away from taxes, and he should have claimed it as personal income.
